About Us

As times have changed, so have Farrelly’s Butcher, by providing a wider range of produce, and upgrading their abattoir to domestic standards, and more recently EU export standards.   We are only one of five abattoirs in Co. Wicklow still operating, and the only abattoir that slaughter cattle and sheep in North Wicklow.

We deal directly with local mature farmers with many years experience to ensure that we source a continuance supply of high quality produce, while keeping our carbon footprint to a minimum (all sourced between Wicklow, Roundwood and Enniskerry), and supporting our local economy.
